Aikon 2, The Human Face Robot Artist Sketches

aikon2The ability to draw is not the abilities of all people on this earth. If you can, maybe just Sekedarnya only. But it is the ability of these unusual sounds, because we have so many people around us, which can also drag an object. Well, how good would be if it can be a robot that can draw?
This is achieved by the robot robots Aikon 2, which is controlled somewhat experimental robot with crude costs. The design is still so simple that only a camera sensor and the robot arm is in a position that was created in accordance with the visual object.

This robot can recognize human faces and poured the details on paper. The robot arm is then a lively dance to paper and drew the faces of the people in front of the camera sensor.

This robot was developed by a team of researchers at the University of Goldsmiths, London. This new robot was shown publicly for the first time at the London event Kinetic Art Fair last few weeks. It seems the picture is not yet perfect, can still be said that this new robot can draw a rough sketch of a human face, but of course it’s interesting enough to be still developed for this robot is expected that the human face termsuk recognize subjective visual perception of human objects, a portrait of gestures, cognitive activity and the need for much longer trained to produce clear a facial image creation.

Emphasizes in its official website that this robot is in line with his own style to pull. Could it be that it will take much longer to develop the robot to the front, but of course later this robot, a robot-class artists will be more to do the work of an artist in general.

I thought I would let you know that for some reason this blog does not view well in IE 8. I wish Microsoft would quit changing stuff. I have a question for you. Would you mind exchanging blog roll links? That would be really great!
